Speaking of Cars
Buying a car is like buying your own dream home. It is a dream come true for one to be able to acquire a brand new car. For me, if I have the financial capacity to indulge myself with the things that I dearly like. I would prefer to buy a brand new Dodge Intrepid. To those of you who are not familiar with this car, it’s a United States-based automobile brand, a four-door, full-size, front-wheel drive sedan. It’s a typical family-type vehicle that goes smoothly on the road. You’re probably asking why of all luxury cars there is in the world, why did I choose this? It’s probably because of its simplicity and comfort. A car so simple yet so swift can go a lot of distance and would of course save you money. Probably in 4-5 years time, I’d get myself a car loan so that I can import one of my dream cars. Right now, I’m still looking for an auto loan company that would give me the best auto loan rates there is available. I need to make sure that the loan I’m going to get can be bearable when it comes to the payment terms. Since consumers like me definitely wants an advantage when it comes to affordable loan solutions.

My New Laptop: Widgets and Gadgets Galore
I just bought my very own second-hand laptop yesterday; its a Toshiba Satellite 1905-S301 laptop. It is driven by a fast 2 GHz Pentium 4 processor, with 512 MB of SDRAM (expandable to 1,024 MB), a fast front-side bus speed of 400 MHz, and a 128 MB ATI M6-P graphics chip. It has a 15-inch XGA TFT active-matrix display, a 40 GB hard drive and a DVD-ROM/CD-RW. I got it in an Ebay auction and it costs around Php 16, 000. When I contacted the seller about the price, at first, he disagreed on giving me a discount since he's going to be the one handling the shipping fee. But then he changed his mind and lowered the price to Php 15, 000, still I insisted on lowering the price further. It's through my negotiating "abilities" which convinced him to give it to me in a very affordable rate which is, of course, an advantage for both of us. Since he's going to ship it here in Cagayan and I will pay an interbranch fee for the payment deposit. I bought the stuff for Php 14,500 and indeed it is a very agreeable deal. It's already being delivered now and I'm waiting for it to arrive. Of course, I'm excited and can't wait to use my new "but-not-new" laptop.
To the seller Mr. Elvis Manyika, thanks you so much for being very pleasant and professional in our transaction. Two thumbs up for you man! If you're interested in buying pay a visit to his Ebay section.

Itsy Bitsy Ratty Business
My girlfriend’s mom was complaining about the rat problem they have in their house. The rats are having the time of their lives ravaging all the things they find around the house; devouring every little piece they could put their mouths into. Even the house’s electrical wirings were bitten which caused a whole day blackout. Those pests were really causing a lot of trouble already and they can’t be stopped. It’s very alarming what these pests are capable of doing. Just last month, I had to repair their home stereo because those unforgiving rodents ate the components wirings leaving only the copper wires. I personally advised her mother to seek the assistance of a pest control expert since they are able to handle these kinds of situations. While surfing the net for some late minute pest control research, I found my way into this pest control service site named Terminix. They actually help homes and businesses through their integrated pest management services. I’d probably recommend this to my soon-to-be mother in law. And I hope their pest problem would soon be solved.I want this -- Nokia 5310 Xpress

Better care for your loved ones
I would probably prefer being in nursing homes rather than die alone and left out in the world. Good thing there exists today some facilities that cater to old aged people. So if you have a loved one who needs proper attention and care, they have already found the place where they will fit in along with other old aged folks, who also need the care of certified and devoted caregivers. If you’re doubtful about the services they offer then try visiting this website about care homes. Bettercaring.com is a resource guide for those people seeking the right care and attention for their old aged parents, relatives or themselves. Choosing the right care and attention would then be very easy since they are dedicated to provide you with all options needed to definitely have the service that you and your loved one’s will deserve. So if you love your family, you should not hesitate to give them the best possible care solution there is available.

Itinerary for my future travel
Saturday, January 19, 2008
If I were to go on a vacation, I would probably choose to go to Barcelona. With its historical and magnificent attractions, busy central streets, and frequently visited and oldest beaches such as the Sant Sebastià and Barceloneta; Barcelona is on my top list of places that I would like to visit when I go abroad. When it comes to accommodation, the second largest city of Spain offers the finest suites and amenities for travelers and tourists alike. As for my future itinerary, the first trip would be to walk down the streets of Las Ramblas and stay at one of the Barcelona Hotels. On the second day of my visit, I would probably visit the Picasso Museum, walk up and down Passeig de Grà cia, and take a ride on the bus and stroll around the area. As for my third day, I would probably try spending one night in one of the cheap Ramblas Hotels in Las Ramblas area.
It would also be nice if I learn a bit of Spanish so that I can talk to some local people in Barcelona. So if I would ask somebody about Barcelona Hoteles, they would surely understand me. And for my last day in the second largest city of Spain, I’d love to go on a day trip in Montserrat by train, yeah, that would be very interesting. And before I would leave one of the Barcelona Hotels I have checked-in to, I would really appreciate it if I’d be given a discount for the duration of my stay in their lovely city. (Winks)
